Shipping Rates
For U.S. orders:
- Orders under $50.00: $4.95 flat-rate shipping and handling
- Orders of $50.00 or more: FREE shipping
Any applicable shipping charge will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Processing and Delivery Times
Most orders require approximately 2–5 business days for processing before shipment.
After shipment, transit time is generally 3–7 business days. Most orders therefore arrive within approximately 5–12 business days from the date the order is placed.
Some products are made to order or fulfilled by one of our trusted fulfillment partners. Processing and delivery times may vary slightly for these items.
Multiple Shipments
Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, items from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages or at different times. You will not be charged additional shipping simply because an order is divided into multiple shipments.
Tracking Information
When tracking information is available, it will be provided by email after your order ships. Tracking information may take a short time to update after the shipping carrier receives the package.
Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at contactvictoria@aprilrainsenterprises.com. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments
Carrier delays can occasionally occur and are outside our direct control. If an order appears significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can help investigate the issue and determine the appropriate next steps.
