I once worked for an outfitter in the Bitterroot Mountains, and loved every minute of it, even though I did break my ribs on the very first day in when my horse fell! The area we camped in was remote, and no machinery of any sort was allowed. It is on my bucket list to go there again with my own horses! Anyone been to Lost Horse?
